2008 State Series
The Nevada State Series is open to all NBL members. NBL membership may be applied for prior to or at any NBL sanctioned race event. A separate license is required for 20" and Cruiser Classes.
Award of State Ranking will be based on each rider's BEST five (5) State Series points, plus the State Championship final race points, and contingent upon verification that the rider has participated in a minimum of eight (8) local races. Time period runs from the State Championship Race of 2007 and ends with the State Championship Race of 2008.
State plates will be awarded to all qualified riders in each age class: Rookie, Novice, Expert, Cruiser, Girl, Girl Cruiser, and Super & Elite Riders. All Nevada Champion Plates will have 'NV' to the right of Earned Rankings And/or on a Nevada State Plate. Novice earned Plates will be indicated by a 'N' following the ranking number. Rookie earned Plates will be indicated by a 'R' following the ranking number..
The State program will also provide a separate award to those riders who Participate in 8 Local and All 9 State scheduled Nevada State Qualifiers, Plus the Championship. 100% participating award is 100% participating attendance in your particular class. Riders may not combine 20" and Cruiser, State or Local races, in order to qualify for the 100% participation award. Must have 100% particapation in EACH class. Money dash classes are not eligible for this award. Rookie riders are eligible for 100% participation award.
AWARDS at Silver State BMX State qualifiers: Riders will receive one state plaque (or designated award) for the season, when they have participated in Nevada State Qualifier races. Thereafter, riders will recieve a place plate with their overall finish of the day (1st-8th or participation). These place plates are to be acumulated and placed on their Nevada State Plaque. All riders, regardless of whether or not they have earned a State Plaque or qualified for their main event that day will receive a Place 1st-8th, or Participation plate at all State Qualifiers.
Silver State BMX will also offer a "MONEY DASH" for riders ages 16 & over Open Wheels. 100% PAYBACK. To be eligible, you must participate in your class race. All other State rules will apply.

NON-PARTICIPATION, ZERO POINTS $30.00 FEE
PER EVENT.
For the benefit of Riders who have emergencies
or other pressing obligations we are allowing One(1-maximum) of your
qualifiers to be Non-Participating Qualifiers, with Zero (0)
points, at the $30.00 Fee. To use a qualifier with Zero points fill out a
Registration form and return it or mail it to Silver State Clerk Debi Diaz
prior to:
Septermber 30, 2008
Any Non-Participating forms received after that date will
not be accepted for qualifying. A Non-Participateing qualifier will
not qualify for 100% award and will be scored for a State Number Plate
After qualified Participating riders.
SILVER STATE AWARD OF RANKING NUMBER PLATES.
Plates will be awarded immediately following the Championship Race. All riders participating at the Championship Race will receive the Award of the Day: A Photo Plaque.
This is an open Championship Race. Riders attending who are not qualified to earn a State Ranking Plate will recieve the Award of the Day.
REMINDER: It is the responsibility of the rider to keep track of the number of local races and State Qualifier races he/she has participated in. Silver State BMX'S responsibility is only to verify that a rider has met the required qualifications by the Championship Race.
